  • Step 1. For the dough: In a bowl break 2 eggs, pour 100 grams of sugar. All beat well with a mixer.

  • Step 2. Add 100 grams of sour cream or yogurt, mix well.

  • Step 3. Add 100 grams of melted butter, mix well.

  • Step 4. In a separate bowl, mix 400 g of flour 20 g of baking powder. The mixture gradually add to the liquid mixture. Mix until a soft homogeneous dough.

  • Step 5. The finished dough wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.

  • Step 6. From ready-made, refrigerated dough break off a piece and roll it out thinly on parchment sprinkled with flour. Cut a circle. You should have 6 cakes with a diameter of 21 cm.

  • Step 7. Put tortillas on a baking sheet and send in a preheated 180 degree oven. Bake for approximately 12 minutes.

  • Step 8. For the cream: In a saucepan pour 300 grams of sugar, 8 tbsp of flour and 8 grams of vanilla sugar. Mix well.

  • Step 9. Add 4 eggs and mix well. Pour 750 ml of cold milk and stir with a whisk until smooth.

  • Step 10. The mixture put on fire and boil on low heat stirring constantly until thick. A complete basis for the cream remove from heat and completely cool.

  • Step 11. 350 grams soft butter beat until white and fluffy, approximately 5 minutes.

  • Step 12. To the oil was added gradually to 1 tbsp of the cooled custard mixture, stirring constantly.

  • Step 13. At the end in the cream, add 100 grams of coconut. Mix well.

  • Step 14. In the split ring to put the first cake layer, on top of the cream. So collect the whole cake, alternating cakes and cream.

  • Step 15. Leave the cake to cover with cling film and leave first for 1 hour at room temperature and then refrigerate at least 4 hours.

  • Step 16. From the top,on the sides of the cake to grease cream and sprinkle with coconut. Decorate the top with Raffaello candies.
