the Recipe is very simple and quick to prepare curd-lemon Easter with candied fruits. It turns out very tasty, fragrant, soft with citrus notes.

  • Step 1. Curd mixed with eggs. Add the yogurt and mix well. Add 2 tsp of sugar. Sift the flour together with baking soda. Add butter and stir until smooth.

  • Step 2. Add candied lemon zest. Spread in a greased form and bake at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes.

  • Step 3. For the frosting whip the cream cheese with honey and cream. Gently spread on the cooled cakes and decorate according to Your desire.
