do you Want to please yourself and your guests with incredibly delicious and unique jams? Then prepare the chocolate-eggplant jam in our recipe. You will be surprised it is an unusual combination of flavors. It is very delicate, moderately sweet, with slight acidity and rich flavor.




  • Step 1. Eggplant clean and cut in small cubes.

  • Step 2. 250 ml of water to boil with sugar. Add eggplant, ginger and cook on medium heat for 40-50 minutes. 5 minutes before end of cooking, add the lemon zest.

  • Step 3. Chocolate grind and add along with lemon juice in the jam.

  • Step 4. Process everything in a blender until smooth and cook for another 10 minutes.

  • Step 5. Decomposed into sterilized jars and roll up.
