This recipe is perfect in summer, when the season is sorrel. This cake is very original dish. Surprise them with their families.
Step 1. Sorrel washed and cut into strips. Spread in a greased form.
Step 2. Using a blender beat the eggs with the sugar until stable white mass, add the flour and the cognac, mix well.
Step 3. Pour sorrel dough and place in already preheated 180º C oven for 30 minutes until Golden brown!
Step 4. Pie to cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
