  • Step 1. To connect the water and sugar, put on stove and bring to a boil and the sugar is dissolved. Fully cooling.

  • Step 2. Beat the whites with half the sugar until soft peaks form.

  • Step 3. Beat the yolks with vanilla essence and sugar.

  • Step 4. To combine whites with yolks. Gradually sieve the flour and knead easy dough.

  • Step 5. Put the dough in the form and send in a preheated 180 degree oven and bake until tender, about 35 minutes.

  • Step 12. Condensed milk mix with lemon juice and zest. Add cream cheese and stir until smooth.

  • Step 13. Put in an ice bath, add soft butter and beat with a mixer until a homogeneous smooth cream.

  • Step 14. Lower cake impregnated with syrup.

  • Step 15. Put a third of the butter cream.

  • Step 16. Put half of the strawberry cream.

  • Step 17. Cover the following Korzh, which is also impregnated. Repeat the steps with the cream, cover with top crust.
